Shading/Anatomy Practice: Rosie the Riveter

This was something that I had to do for school, but, as it is mentioned in the title I'd consider it as "shading and human anatomy practice," because I really suck at those ;-; However, I think I did a really good job this time around! Please let me know what you guys think about it! It could be advice, or a compliment, heck, you can tell me it sucks if you want to.
